Plain and simple, I love Zumba Fitness for it's many wonderful benefits and quite frankly, for it's easy format. Talk about the most fun you'll ever have working out, well sort of, it's more like dancing out! It's the best way I know how to express myself while getting in the best shape of my life! It's also a great way to build community and meet amazing people from all over the world! Zumba is the most diverse fitness program I have ever experienced, utilizing worldly beats and rhythms and naturally bringing people together to dance, share, and help one another. That is why I became an Instructor! I not only get to dance more often, but I also get to share my passion with others and help them reap the Zumba Fitness benefits. Whether you’re here to get your groove on, burn a few extra calories, de-stress or create a whole new fitness lifestyle, you’re in the right place!
